Transition Seasons as a Christian.

Transitioning can be a difficult moment in the life of a Christian, especially just being saved.

It feels like you are stuck between who you used to be and who you are becoming. More like you are not sure of your identity anymore. But Christ tells us that our identity is found in him.

2 Corinthians 5;17-

'Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, behold all things have become new'.

Grace in Transition

Transition is a gift of Grace. This grace allows you to see things now from a different perspective (with new eyes). During this season, as humans and Christians, the natural reaction is doubt which comes with anxiety. If this feeling is not properly managed, you get stuck and frustrated and get disconnected from the end goal.

Transitions are seasons, seasons do not last. They come and go. But the word of God withstands every season.

For transitions to be fully completed, you need to step out and let go to fully get into the next. To Forget the old and embrace the new.

A transitional moment requires work to be done internally as a process. but this triggers an event called change. You need to look inwardly and see the triggers these transitions show in you (most times you never knew you had these traits)and, you have to work on them to make sure you are ready for what is to come next.

Sometimes we miss out on the lessons in our transitional phase. You need to celebrate seasons and pick up the lessons that we are being thrown at.

Use this season to reload before God finally releases you prepared to the next dimension

What to do in transition?

The most important thing to do is, to spend time with the word. I know it seems like God is silent. Trust me he is not. He is always with you. He is just working on something mighty that eyes haven't seen, ears haven't heard and no human heart has even recognized yet (1 Corinthians 2;9).

Transitions are a reminder of God trying to humble us, so take note of the lesson you have learned/are learning.

God is trying to renew your mind, so fill your spirit and circle with the likeness of God. The lord will always establish and guide your path. Be patient!
